The fact that it's consistent with meals makes me think it's not gynecological. IBS symptoms usually do worsen with PMS and menstruation. Have you tried fennel for the bloating and gas? That's probably the single most effective thing I've ever found, and it works for seemingly everyone. There's info here web page There are also yoga postures for gas that are very helpful - check here web page If you have other reasons that make you suspect it's not just IBS but may be something gynecological, please do check with your doc.
