I thought a lot of people might want to download the cheat sheet, but we had something like 2,000 people try in the first ninety minutes - yowza! I didn't foresee a response like that!
The newsletter links should take you to the page on the site where you can do the download - http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/cheatsheet.asp - not to the actual PDF file itself. From the link above, you can download (which means save to your computer) by clicking on the "Open" link on that page. The direct link to the PDF is http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/heathersibscheatsheet.pdf
This is where it can get tricky. You might be able to open the PDF right in your browser, and then you'd have to do a file, save, to save the PDF to your computer desktop. Or, if the PDF opens in Acrobat full-version and not in your browser, you can click on the "save file" icon that Acrobat has.
Or, you can right-click on the "Open the IBS Cheat Sheet" link, choose to "save target as", and then save the file to your desktop from there. Once it's on your desktop, you can just keep it there to access the links, or you can print it out, or upload it to someplace else on the internet if you want to share it.
Sorry so confusing!!
