I am accumulating a collection of yoga videos at home, but while they may include SOME poses that help IBS, I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a video dedicated exclusively to IBS! If you do, please share! I generally do one of my favorite tapes and supplement them with the poses from this web site, but seeing the poses "in action" would be helpful. Thanks! Glad to hear that you are practicing some yoga....Good for you! As far as a yoga video specifically for IBS, to my knowledge none currently exist. Heather has been talking about doing one for a while and I started pre-pre-production on one as well but like Heather says.... too many projects and not enough time. Hopefully, this will change for one of us in the future. Having said that, after many years of searching, I just found a yoga video (VHS) on the market that is geared towards Gastro-Intestinal Disorders. I cannot validate if it is any good or worth the money... I just ordered it and want to check it out myself before I recommend it to anybody. I will keep you all posted once I receive it and view it.
