Hi everyone; does anyone have a recipe for a low-cal salmon dish?

There are some good salmon recipes in the Eating for IBS book. I especially like the "Maple-Glazed Salmon with Nutty Wheat Berries." The total calorie count is 515, but if you eliminate the wheat berries, that should bring the calorie count down.

I really recommend Heather's Mustard Dill Salmon!

Ya know, the recipe for that has had a typo in it for all the printings of the book until the most very recent one. The typo calls for 1/4 Tablespoon brown sugar for the sauce, but it's supposed to be 4 Tablespoons. It took my publisher two years to fix that mistake, much to my frustration.

Anyway, glad to hear the recipe is coming out tasty even when it's wrong.

Not to sound like a smart aleck or anything, but 4 Tablespoons = 1/4 cup, so you were using the right amount all along!

Have I ever mentioned I am in the humanities, not math? And I think 1/4 cup is easier to measure than 4 tablespoons.

You know, the only reason I knew was because my boyfriend's mom gave me a measuring scoop thing for Christmas last year that you slide to what amount you want, then measure, and it had one notch for 4 T / 1/4 c, and I was just like, huh, what do you know?...you learn something new every day! And I definitely liked it because it is sooo much easier to measure 1/4 c. than 4 separate T.
