IBS Recipies for a newbie

Recently diagnosed with IBS-D and have read and learned a lot. But when I search for recipes I'm so frustrated. I'm from South Georgia In a small town with 2 grocery stores, Harvey's and Walmart. The recipies I've found so far have ingredients I've either never heard of or can't find. A lot of them I don't think I would even eat. Anyone out there got any quicker easier recipies

Yes! Check here http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/heathercooks/heather_cooks_recipes.asp for fast and easy recipes from the IBS cooking show, including All-American traditional favorites.

That was all about cooking for IBS for people who can't or don't want to cook, or just don't have much time for it.

For recipes from Eating for IBS that have ingredients you don't like or can't find, just post and ask for alternatives. You can also email questions like that to help at helpforibs.com. There are usually fast and easy subs and suggestions.
