(m)       #23166 - 10/12/03 11:01 AM Edit Reply Quote AnnC Reged: 10/11/03 Posts: 49 Loc: NY, USA I am finding it hard to know what to eat for lunch and dinner. I am vegetarian and find that my diet seems to be so full of bread bread and more bread. I am not a huge fan of tofu. I love beans/lentils but can only tolerate in small quantities and not too often. I used to eat loads of salad and never realized it was one of my triggers until recently. I'll post some recipes that I think would be good for us after I look it over. Many plain vegetarian meals are still high in fat, but most vegan ones aren't. So I'll post links to some of my favorites (I'm not vegetarian, but I eat vegetarian food most of the time). Chipotle-Black Bean Chili Creamy, Garlicky Soup Creamy Tofu with Pasta Fat-Free Spaghetti Sauce Fried Noodles with Carrots and Hiziki Korean Barbecue Tofu Mandalay Curry Mushroom Sloppy Joes Peculiar Peanut Pasta The Countess's Mushrooms Tofu Manicotti Also, when you get Heather's book, try her Garden Veggie Lo Mein.
