Lie on your back. Bring knees to chest. Hold for 30 sec. or so. Helps me sometimes. I have severe gas.

A good one for this is what I think is called the "Child Pose" - basically you kneel, then bend forward and stretch out so your belly is on your knees and your arms are extended out in front of you, with your forehead on the floor (or as close as you can comfortably get).
I use this one quite a bit, particularly before bedtime as it stretches out the lower back as well as settling the stomach down for the night.

I've also found that Downward Facing Dog forces Gas out. I'm not sure why, but it's consistenly effective for me.

Yes, this one works for me too...when I've done it in the past in the living room.... my hubby now calls it, "Downward Farting Dog" hehehe
