Hi Kerrie - The only thing I can find for this with just a quick search is leg-up-the-wall pose. Basically, you just lie on your back with your legs stretched up straight against a wall. I'd do slow, deep, nasal breathing while you're in the pose.

And maybe a cup of ginger tea after?
