Hi Catherine! What a great idea for your sister. I'm honestly not sure if the yoga dvd will be done by then. We're adding an organic soluble fiber supplement to the site, then putting the first run of Heather Cooks shows on DVD, then after that we're slated to complete the yoga tape. Since everything always ends up taking about ten times longer than we anticipate, I'm not sure when the yoga dvd will be done. I'll keep you posted if we're getting anywhere close.
Search the yoga board for begginer tape recommendations - yogateacher has posted several suggestions, as have other folks. I have a David Swenson tape that I love but it's not for beginners. The tape is awesome but it's also really difficult...and it's not even his advanced series. I honestly cannot imagine what that tape would involve!
