that will show you specific poses for IBS symptoms. But, if you're talking about using yoga to get in shape, lose body fat, tone abdominal muscles, etc. you'll need to take regular classes or practice regularly at home.
Yoga can be a huge aerobic workout, and it will definitely help IBS. But just doing the specific poses that help digestion, and not using yoga as a full-on workout, won't get rid of body fat and get you in shape. So, feel free to do both!
