Hi - You probably don't have to worry about too many things in a liquid vitamin. I'd make sure there's no fructose, saccharine, aspartame, lactose, MSG. But it seems odd that there might be, actually. Make sure there's a balance of calcium and magnesium (unless you'd like a constipating effect from more calcium, or a laxative effect from more magnesium). Make sure the dosage of Vitamin C is not much higher than 100% RDA, and that the iron dose doesn't exceed that either.
If you can find one without artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, that would be great.
