Hi Linda - I honestly don't know. Best bet is to check your health food store and just read the labels.

This might sound odd, but even if you can't tolerate soy as milk or tofu, you may do just fine with soybean oil. If you're allergic this wouldn't be true.

Kree's right - the hard part is finding one that is non-hydrogenated. If nothing fits the bill, then go with what you can get, and just limit your use. For the vast majority of cooking you can use liquid canola or olive oil.
