and if they haven't thrown in a lot of preservatives and artificial ingredients. Why they do that is a mystery to me, but the local brands I've checked have a lot of added junk. If you've got a brand that doesn't do that, it should work just fine.

And fyi, if you have to use a crust that's too high fat, you can always just eat the filling in your slice and not eat the crust.
