Shell, let me know what you think of this! I've never seen it, but there's a Safeway just down the street so I'll go look. The only thing I'd be careful with is the really high fat content - 13 of the 15 calories are from fat. But, if it's just a tablespoon on top of pumpkin pie or such, it would be a great alternative to whip cream.
