Hi - The fat free frozen yogurt is still dairy - no matter what even if it's lactose free, it will still have dairy proteins like casein and whey. If you can tolerate the proteins you may be okay with a fat free dairy product, at least in small quantities, but be cautious. Most people don't tend to do very well with this.
