Like all fresh herbs, it's insoluble fiber - it's also very good for you...

so treat as other insoluble fiber foods and eat it, but carefully (remove stems, finely shred leaves, add to soluble fiber foods, etc.)

BTW, it's a genetic thing that makes some people taste cilantro as "soapy". My cousin has that problem. So those folks tend to really loathe the herb. But if you like it, there's no IBS need to avoid it!
