Dizzy spells are not a standard symptom IBS, and neither is severe weight loss. You should never have been put on Zelnorm if you have diarrhea - that's totally unacceptable. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I'd want to see a neurologist, maybe an inner doc, and persist in being tested for disorders that can cause such severe dizziness you can't even drive.
