There's inulin in there, and just plain stevia would be better...

Inulin is a soluble fiber but it is very likely to cause bloating and gas (I think it's worse than psyllium). Just plain stevia would be fine - it's a plant, not an artificial sweetener, and should be perfectly okay for IBS. You should be able to get the plain stuff in the bulk herb/spice section of a health food store.
