Hello to everyone! I just updated and expanded the IBS Diet FAQ, and I'm going to try to add more info to that regularly. So before you add a new question to the board, you might just check the FAQ to see if hasn't already been addressed. As I notice other post topics that come up repeatedly, I'll continue to expand the FAQ.
Of course, if you don't see your question in the FAQ, go ahead and post it on the boards and we'll all try to answer you!
