There's a lot of inulin in there, a rapidly fermenting fiber...

that can cause a LOT of bloating and gas. In general, avoid inulin and FOS (similar) completely.

They're cheap, manufacturing by-products used as fiber in food processing. They should be using acacia, which ferments slowly, so it has the prebiotic effect but a good GI tolerance, and not the bloating/gas risk. But that would cost them about 10 times more for the raw ingredient, so they cheap out.
