Tuna sandwiches, pasta, hot cereals, guacamole, I add it to flour when baking, I add it to soups as I'm sauteeing the veggies. I stir it into puddings or custards as I'm making them. I'll sprinkle it over fish before I broil it, or into baked potatoes when they're hot.
If I just need an extra measure of safety I add it to plain water. But normally, on a day-in day-out kinda basis I'm always adding it to whatever I'm cooking.
Please note that I've been using soluble fiber supplements for decades and have a very high tolerance for a very high dose because I'm so used to them. So I don't even measure what I use anymore. This is NOT how to get started, though - you'd need to measure carefully and increase gradually until your gut was used to the new amount of daily fiber.
