I've heard of it, but I haven't seen any clinical studies that specifically demonstrate its effectiveness, though Chinese herbal medicine does have some journal articles to support its use. It's also pretty expensive. I've heard mixed results from people about it, just anecdotally. In general, if a product can't point to peer-reviewed studies documenting its specific effectiveness for IBS or digestive symptoms in general, I'm very suspicious.

I do think Chinese herbal medicine is a very legitimate approach for a lot of medical disorders, but I'd like to see BowelSoothe conduct some clinical trials on its own product.

Anyone tried this or know more about it?
