Just to clarify, Benefiber is more expensive than Acacia..

and it's less concentrated (4 grams of fiber per tablespoon vs. 6 grams of fiber per tablespoon for Acacia).

To be accurate, you have to calculate the cost gram per gram. Benefiber is probably the most expensive fiber on the market in terms of cost per gram. Acacia is much less expensive, even if you have to factor in shipping. And it's organic - Benefiber is not.

If you find a fiber supplement that you like, definitely stick with it, no matter what it is.
