Especially the bean sprouts...

just remember the "smush" rule. How smushable are bean sprouts? Can you easily mash them or force them through a sieve (like potatoes, bananas, rice, mangoes, cooked apples, etc. - these are high soluble fiber)? Nope - beansprouts are not smushable at all. So be careful with them.
