Anything that I can make in 30 minutes flat, while talking the whole way through and demonstrating each step, is easy enough for anyone to cook in about 10 minutes real time - even if they've never set foot in a kitchen before!
I'll tell you something funny - when the IT guy who was making the DVD for us was in one of the studios, he had other techies coming over to ask what he was working on. I guess cooking shows aren't the usual DVD project, so people were curious. The techies were all freaked out at first by a cooking show for IBS, and thought that meant nothing but bran and water! But a group of them actually stood there and watched the whole first show, and they were so excited by the sandwiches that they actually wrote down the ingredients to go make them. None of these guys cooked, and they were all meat and potato types too, so I thought this was pretty darn funny. It made me think of Joey on Friends and how much he loved sandwiches....
