I'm so glad you like the teas. They are very fresh and have a high volatile oil content, which we specified, so they're much stronger than herbs that have been sitting on the grocery store shelf, or that are finely cut for tea bags.

Fennel tastes similar to anise, though I don't know if the plants are actually related. Anise is also great for IBS - check here for detailed info web page. I may actually add anise tea a bit later. You can just brew the seeds like fennel.
