Yup - just make sure the yogurt says "with live cultures" on the label. You can also take acidophilus supplements (pills or powders). And dust wherever your skin is itchy/irritated with boric acid powder (available at drug stores or pharmacies, without prescription, and cheap). It will help, is totally safe, and you can actually use this for prevention as well as relief.
