that will never apply equally to everyone. I've just learned from feedback from people that the C-folks tend to need the higher doses of Acacia. That doesn't mean that every C-person does, nor does it mean that the D-folks should stay at a lower dose if they're not stable. Go ahead and gradually increase your dose and see what happens.
