Hi - Stick to the soluble fiber for just a few days at most. Start blending fresh fruit into smoothies, and cooking up pots of veggie soups (puree in blender) or serve the blended veggies over rice or pasta. Keep up the peppermint tea, the supplements, and plenty of water. Try a hot pack on your lower abdomen - especially helpful if you have cramps plus IBS. And try ginger tea or chewing crystallized ginger for the nausea.
