Black tea has some caffeine in it, and that's a stimulant so it can cause attacks. Iced tea tends to be brewed much stronger than hot tea. However, in general this still seems to be a pretty safe drink for people. I have never had a problem with it and I don't think I've heard from anyone else who has. Considering that your tea is decaf to begin with, you should be able to drink it without fear.
If you're nervous about drinking it, that alone can be a reason to avoid it. You'll be worried, and that will cause stress, and the stress can trigger an attack. But I think you're pretty safe here, especially if you have it with a meal. Ice cold beverages on an empty stomach aren't a good idea, as the cold can cause muscle contractions.
