That plus the baked potato, or a side of rice, should be good. Ask that they leave off creamy sauces or butter, and give you fresh lemon wedges instead. They might have a vegetable or chicken noodle soup, plus some dinner rolls. Or a veggie/primavera pasta (ask for no cheese), or a chicken/turkey breast sandwich (get with mustard, no mayo). Take along some soluble fiber supplements with you and have them as soon as you arrive at the restaurant. Take peppermint tea bags with you too in case the restaurant doesn't have that.
