I really like anything by Doug or Dave Swenson. They're Ashtanga style, and very intensive workouts, but I believe they have some beginner level tapes as well. There's nothing spiritual about them that I can think of, though you do always begin and end a practice with a seated silent meditation and breath exercise. This simply to focus your mind on your breath - there's nothing religious about it.
Also, search the boards for past posts on suggested videos from other folks.
