Some caffeine in there, but not much, and here's why...

the caffeine in solid chocolate is tied to the fat. When the fat is removed, as it is in cocoa powder, most of the caffeine goes with it. Cocoa isn't caffeine free (IBSgirl posted a great list with actual quantities) but it should be tolerable for IBS.
Just an aside, and nothing scientific, I'm super sensitive to caffeine keeping me awake. Can't have tea of any kind after about 11 am, and even that can only be a once in a while type of thing, or I'm up all night. But I've never had a problem with anything made with unsweetened cocoa powder, even eaten late at night.
