Hi - First, check your regular grocery store, but NOT in the dairy section. They usually hide the soy cheese somewhere in the produce department. Ask someone where they keep refrigerated tofu in the store, and the soy cheese will probably be nearby. Soy milk will either be refigerated in the dairy case (Silk and other brands) or at room temp in boxes, usually near flour/baking stuff or with the coffee/tea, or maybe in the "health food" section.
Or, check a big health food market. They will have the cheese in the dairy case, and they'll probably have a wider selection. They'll also have tons of soy milk and lots of soy meat substitutes like Fakin' Bacon and soy chicken nuggets, that type of thing. And soy ice cream!
