I would start slow, take them with food, and keep everything else in your diet/supplement regime the same so if they bother you you'll know.

One thing - there's a lot of info supporting the need for probiotics to be refrigerated in order to be effective (since they're live organisms). Otherwise you might be taking dead flora, and that won't help. I wasn't sure if your brand was refrigerated or not.

Give them a try, and if they don't bother you keep them up for at least a month or so and see if you notice improvements. You can take them with your inulin SFS as this will help increase their growth in your gut.
