You can check health food stores for Fiberrific, which is inulin, a soluble fiber from chicory. Or, you can order online from medicinechest.com. Here's a prior post about that web page You can order glucommanan, a supplement from web page. And, I'm getting so frustrated by the unavailability of soluble fiber outside the US I'm going to start carrying it on the website. I'll post when that happens - probably within the next 2-3 months.
