People are here to give and to get help, advice, and sympathy. If you happen to ask a question but don't want to try some of the advice you receive, that's fine, but please respect the good intentions of the person offering the advice. There's no need to respond negatively to the advice you've been given, simply disregard it and move on to other posts without responding.

If anyone sees any posts that they feel are simply inappropriate to the IBS focus or friendly, helpful atmosphere of the boards, please let me know. Just email me at heather@helpforibs.com and give me a link to the post that's troubling you. If there's a problem on the boards I'll delete the inappropriate posts and take care of things.

Thank you to everyone on the boards for your generosity, caring, kindness, and wisdom, which you all share so selflessly. I truly appreciate not just the gread advice you give, but the terrifically helpful, welcoming, and empathetic ways that you give it!
