Try a good 1-2 tablespoons per cup, and drink several cups every day. that will get you through the bags at a faster rate than you'd suspect. I store my open bags (and we're working on getting re-sealable bags so this won't be an issue) inside a ziploc freezer bag. I'm in a temperate climate, but if it was hot and humid I'd probably keep just a week's worth or so in the ziploc bag, and put the rest of it in another ziploc freezer bag and freeze it, then take out and use as needed. - H -------------------- Heather is the Administrator of the IBS Message Boards.
