For turkey, just follow the same rule as for chicken - skinless white meat only. You can also get ground chicken or turkey (check the label to make sure it's very low fat, or have a butcher grind skinless white meat for you) and use it in recipes that call for ground beef.

Any kind of seafood is IBS safe - I love getting salad shrimp, the tiny little ones that are already cooked, and throwing them in pasta or even on homemade pizza. Or I make shrimp salad sandwiches with fat free mayo and some fresh herbs, maybe a bit of mustard or cocktail sauce.
