you're basically taking a generic brand of Fibercon. You want to work up to 12-15 grams of soluble fiber supplement per day, and that would be 24-30 tablets, so obviously that's a lot. You may want to use a powder instead, and add in the tablets when you're traveling and such where convenience is important.
