Okay... then I would turn to a nutritionist or GI doc, (or maybe even a pharmacist) and ask them the best way to combine the diuretics with the soluble fiber supplement. My guess you'll need to be drinking a lot of water each day, but other than that I'd want you to get some advice from someone who really knows what's going on here.
