Yep - Kree is right. The tofutti cream cheese is better than the dairy version for IBS, but it's still almost pure fat, so use it sparingly. Just a tablespoon or two in a recipe can give you the taste of cream cheese and keep you safe, but you don't want to make a whole cheesecake out of it.

I like to combine a bit of it with either drained and blended silken tofu, or with drained soy yogurt. Those are both much lower in fat. A touch of the tofutti added in gives the cream cheese flavor without the high fat.
