Try takings some steps before you go to bed at night...

Have a dose of your soluble fiber supplement, have a cup (or two) of strong, hot peppermint or fennel tea. Make your dinner a pretty light meal, and very low fat. Have a light soluble fiber snack a little later later in the evening. Try to get to bed earlier to get extra sleep - hard to do, but can make a big diff!

As soon as you get up have a strong hot cup of the herbal tea and a dose of soluble fiber supplement. Move around a bit, do your morning routine, then have a high soluble fiber small-ish breakfast.
