Hi Kree - Mushrooms are usually well-tolerated, but maybe they're just not a good veggie for you. I wonder too if avoiding a specific fruit/veggie for a long time and then re-introducing it is something you have to do very carefully. Maybe you just have a harder time tolerating foods if you seldom eat them. This is true for beans, and soy, and fiber in general, so I'm just extrapolating this and it's a bit of a wild theory, but maybe....?
