Maybe keep your dose the same for 4-5 more days, then increase your dose by 1/2-1 teaspoon (measuring teaspoon, level not rounded) and see how you do. In the end, increasing the dose will really help get your BMs normal, but it's better to get there gradually than take more fiber than your gut can handle and get bloated and gassy along the way. It will take a few weeks for the prebiotic effect of the Acacia to really kick in - once that happens you should notice a really active improvement in gas and bloating reduction.
