Worst case you might have a topical reaction, like a rash, so use with caution and see how you do. There are no fennel oil capsules on the market. We would love to launch that, but as a new product it is a huge amount of work figuring dosage, safety, track record, etc. Until then, super strong fennel tea is the best bet for getting the concentrated oil into you for bloating/gas.
