Try Amazake drinks by Grainassance...       11/04/10 02:05 PM Edit Reply Quote Heather Reged: 12/09/02 Posts: 7799 Loc: Seattle, WA they are not meal replacement drinks as Ensure is, but they have 400 calories per bottle and a nice balance of carbs/proteins/fats. They are made from rice and nuts, they are really high in soluble fiber, and really tolerable for IBS. I love them when I need a quick meal in a glass on the run. Pecan, Hazelnut, and Almond flavors are all delicious. Whole Foods and other health food stores carry them, or if you have Amazon Fresh delivery in your area they have them as well.
