Diverticulosis? But, same diet as for IBS will also help him feel better. He needs to be especially careful to get lots of soluble fiber (which actually helps prevent diverticulosis in the first place). But, he needs to be careful with insoluble fiber, especially small tough particles like seed hulls. They can get trapped in the pockets (diverticuli) and cause problems.
