just make sure you have a good soluble fiber meal in your tummy first. Also, check for hull-less popcorn - there have been past posts on that, with info on where to find the stuff. In fact, I think there's a recipe on the boards for popcorn balls made with hull-less popcorn.

I also love the Quaker Oats caramel corn flavor rice cakes - tastes just like the real thing!
