Might help, but ginger or peppermint are more effective for this...

so is keeping your stomach full with frequent snacks/small meals throughout the day. The emptier it gets, the more likely the nausea will hit. Drinking ginger tea or chewing crystallized ginger throughout the day can help prevent the nausea.
